Im toying with the idea of upgrading my HDD's...

So I was thinking getting like 2x VRaptor drives for windows.
Or 2x SSD's...

Altho I am still not absolutely convinced with SSD drives.

Then getting like 2x Samsung drives for data...

Both setups running Raid 0 for perfomance.

Would you suggest its worth getting 2x VRaptor or SSD's for boot?
Or just get 1?

Also would you JUST install Windows on the VRaptor or SSD, and then Games/Movies/Pics/Music all on the Data drives?
Or would games go on the Boot drive too?

This is what i have:

- 1 x 128GB SSD
- 2 x 1TB HDDs

I have avoided RAID as SSD TRIM did (does?) not work. May do now but didn't when I installed.

seems to run fine for me but I have noticed that As I have installed extra progs + Win 7 updates the SSD takes longer to load windows than with the fresh install. SSD speed itself seems consistent so I assume it's Win7 to "blame" (or me for putting extra stuff on!).

All on the SSD ("C", the default in all cases so far) . Including page file etc. 1TB drives are "data" only.

Not really tested it any other way. I assume that after 5 years I will either have updated the PC, or more likely it becomes PC (stand by) like my XP machine is now and I possibly replace the SSD with another if it is "wearing out".
