If its simply eggwhites in a carton which i expect then its more convenience tha anything else.
How long it lasts depends how much you use it, I was having around 8eggs per day so a carton being around 32 would last 3-4 days normally.
It's cheaper to get the powder.
What's wrong with real eggs? Yolks are great!

I can understand the convenience of egg whites, but eating them raw whilst the best way of getting the protein out of it, isn't the be all end all of it.![]()

I'm only going for 2 each morning so I'm sure 2 yolks a day 6 days a week should be okay.
I eat 28 a week4 scrambled for breakfast every morning. Have done for the past 2 years :\ no idea on my cholesterol could get it checked. Blood pressure is fine. Different types of cholestrol anywhooo.
You can crack the eggs, lob them in a jug, whisk them for a few secs and throw them in the microwave or something, only takes a minute or so.
