If you had to have one but could choose which one, what syndrome what would you want..

I'd have tourettes.

Unusual thread Castiel but interesting none the less.

I would go with asperger's syndrome, why because for a long period of time people considered I had it as I have many of the symptoms that go hand in hand with it.

Synesthesia, definitely ive had experiences of it when younger and doing naughty things.

One time on a platform a trains breaks squealed and i had a mad vision of yellow squares in my head.

Synesthesia definitely, tasting colours, hearing pictures. Sounds like a completely different take on pretty much everything. Besides, it isn't in itself harmful like a lot of the other syndromes you can have
