Brit light weight ...Vauxhall Vx220 Turbo with light tuning and a bit of weight reduction, or an equivalent Elise
Lotus Elise 111R with engine and weight modifications. Made it very easy.

I regret choosing a hot-headed B-spec racer now. No matter how much I tell him to cool it down he always disappears behind a wall of tyre smoke when he so much as sees another car.
I just scraped through with a 72 Countach that you should have won earlier, modded it completely and the just hope the Toyota 7 doesn't break free from the pack on Deep Forest
Whopps, I sold mine. Both of them!
Anyone managed this "Historic Racing Car Cup" with a modded Shelby Cobra 427? Rather know before I drop the money on the mods! Made that mistake with the Buick Special. lol

Thought I'd polish off the beginners series this evening and reached the last race in the Jap classic series in no time. A hour later and I'd lost all patience with trying to do it on the cheap. So I stuck in a massive turbo and rammed the leader off the track repeatedly.
I won. Have some of that, son.
A good bit of luck was finding a Beetle cup car on the second hand market. I was made up.
All I need now is too work out where I get the RSI Beetle. Any one know?
It's more fun on a street circuit. It's just like that scene in one of the Austin Powers films where he gets that little electric 'truck' stuck in the corridor.

Yeah, it's nothing special but there's one out now.
No that one is great, if it's the same as the one I have seen it's terrible especailly the music
Just spent 32k on a Mazda Carol 62 - 18 BHP!
Thought I could use it on the Classic car events - up against cars with 150 BHP..
