Still got it but it's off the road at the minute, basically a few years I laid it up for 6-months as I was too poor to fix it, that seems to have semi-killed the piston rings so it burnt oil but I never got around to fixing it, then it developed a fairly hefty oil leak so I decided to scrounge my mums 'spare' car (xsara hdi, boring as hell) whilst I decided what to do about the mr2, I'd like to fix it but realistically it'll cost a lot, engine either replaced or rebuilt, suspension 'refresh', needs some new discs/pads as well and there's rust on the arches (shockingly...) so several thousand to put right, I love it but it's not worth that unless I do it properly and keep it for a long time yet (already had it 5 years), so yeah, still got it but either not for much longer or for several more years yet
Haha typical ownership story really! Had mine for 18months now and touch wood nothing has gone wrong apart from the usual rusty rear arches! I say break yours for parts (calling dibs now
) to fund for a better example! No idea how long I'll keep mine but always wanted a silvertop with ITB's
Back on topic, did the B licences last night but haven't managed to get gold on the braking one and the megane cornering one
Do I win anything shiny for getting all golds?
OMG, i still haven't seen anything i can use for any of the three Classic Car Races in Beginner, Japanese, Euro or World.

I have an urge to do a silly 16v tune, eg ~200bhp and >10k rpm, but the money involved would be utterly stupid
And also back on topic, you don't get much really for gold, a new car but for B at least it's not very good (can't actually remember what it is though
) I've done all gold up to International A, planning to do S at some point 'just because' With the stopping one btw ABS to 5 + chase cam = easy
Megane one though is far more awkward, although I found the previous 207 GTi one far more awkward.

I lent someone a truck, they sent it back and it was in the car delivery as a gift. Not sure I can see anything wrong with that setup unless I'm missing something...

Ahh thanks dude, I shall pick it up in a sec, I'm just doing that retarded NASCAR series. Bit silly how they make you do twisty tracks with cars that just aren't designed for it, quite fun though.

Sweet will try that on the braking one.
The 207 challenge wasn't too bad to get gold on, I guess that is partly because I've raced Tsukuba to death!
