It seems to think it's some kind of serious TV series like Mad Men or something when it's not. I'm getting a bit bored by how serious it's taking it's self and how it's moving so very ****ing slowly.

But hey, it's better than the self indulgent comics.

Aye its getting a little 'hollywood' in places, you can imagine the execs sitting around the table saying "damn this comic is boring, it needs SWAT teams and maybe some bio weapons and some killer tigers...."

I suspect Kirkman is letting them go on a different tangent to his books for fear of everyone would know whats going to happen and wouldnt watch it. which is silly.

thats beyond silly as the readership of the mags will be nowhere near the amount of people who will watch it.

more likely that they had to make it different so that the idea could be sold to the networks and would work as a valid marketing tool for adverts in its breaks.
money matters.
 
Eh...not much is really happening after about 5:00 until the last 5 minutes...full of nothing nonsense that's getting very boring!

I'm quite disappointed with how it's turning out after the promising pilot.
 
Mmm it does seem like not much is happening. Seems like a fair chunk of each episode seems to be cliche drame. With there only being six episodes, i can't really see it picking up massively by the end.
 
This show reminds me of LOST and Jericho. You're better off skipping straight to the last 5mins tbh. Getting dull real fast.
 
People are finding it slow? I don't think so! I've not read the comic as I'm saving it for after, but I'm absolutely loving the series and can't wait for more.

I couldn't keep my eyes away from those two shows, this however is fast turning in to something I have playing in the background.
