my quad6600 runs fine at 333fsb, (3ghz) but when upping to 356fsb for 3.2ghz.
my temps drop lower,35-35-38-38 and all seems good, until i start a game then i get bsod.ive upped the volts from 1.25v to 1.50v but still crashes.should i try higher cpu voltage,or is 1.50v to high.

try 8 x 400 instead of 9 x 356 to get to 3.2, that will let you run your ram at 800mhz.

the board is more than capable of running 400 and higher fsb as that is what i run my q9550 at on mine :)

my ram voltage is set to auto in bios.
Most ddr2 will default to 1.8v on auto, though they can be rated up to 2.2v depending on manufacturer.

EDIT:Check the sticker on the side of the ram for the rated voltage.
