Treason is an act against your own nation... So only the Australians could do him for crimes against their nation.

I'm not entirely sure Treason applies here as Assange is not a UK citizen - it would be up for the Australian courts. Who, as luck would have it share our soverign . Treason is still lol-worthy though.

All this being said, it would really depend on how "treason" is defined around the world, as it's perfectly possible some country could charge him with it, but that's a semantic issue.

America: Frame dissenters with sex allegations and then bankrupt them.
Russia: Execute dissenters. Claim it was a botched robbery or organised crime. But since everyone knows the biggest criminal organisation in Russia is the government, occasionally execute people by radiation poisoning, just because.
China: Execute them. Lock them up for life.
Britain: Arrest them. They'll commit suicide while in custody. At least that will be the outcome of the inquiry.

Apparently not you, so I'm not sure what you're implying here, unless you think he's made the easy mistake of leaking evidence of his own child abuse to his own website.
