No we don't  We do not want a Roland Emmerich approach to this... Yes some action is nice, but plot and story is king!

Eastenders......

?

We need plot and story and 1000 zombies like we had in the pilot, that was some scarey s*** !

Perhaps this would have been better as a one of film or trilogy of films !

:o

to be fair the comic managed to squeeze plenty of zombie action into the character development.

I meant more with the "perhaps it should have been a film or a trilogy"

The whole point in the comic book series was to show what happens after the classic Zombie flick. How does humanity continue? What happens in the long term?

Turning this into a film would just make it like every other zombie flick.

Really enjoying it thus far, though haven't read the comics so can't compare.

Have to say i'm liking the other copper more than the main guy at the moment, not sure if that is supposed to be the case! :o

Just watched last Fridays episode, what can I say, the things they do make no sense, burn the bodies then leave, just leave and stop ******* about.

No wonder they got attacked, the city looks about an hours walk away, how about having a camp somewhere a tad safer.

Here's an idea have some character's that we actually care about, when they got attacked in the camp the other week, I was hoping they would all get the chop.

After the first episode, this has gone downhill faster, than the north face of the Eiger.

Ohh well sunday nights just got boring, this finished as did Boardwalk Empire and Ice road truckers deadliest roads :(

The pilot and last season were the strongest episodes (and hmm, look who directed and scripted both - Msr. Darabont himself!) - so far the series is steady but they really need to move it along as per the comics and in terms of character development if they are going to keep it as popular as it is now.

I think the show also appeals to a very wide audience, which is why some of us sci-fi/crime/drama buffs are a bit frustrated. ROLL ON SEASON 2!

The plot that started in the last episode, I was expecting it to continue for several more not all of 40 mins. I have no idea where they're taking this.

Well I enjoyed it all, yes it started stronger than it finished but I am still looking forward to season 2. :)
