Good point, if you've stuck your gearing at say 250mph and you're trying to go around the London or Rome track you're not gonna get a very high speed. Better off trying SS Route 7 with the humungous straights and just sticking the top speed to about 230MPH

I've just used it on two races, won both, but yeah it is terrible around the corners. You pretty much have to come to a halt and then turn however as it has SO MUCH power it makes up for it.

There's probably some suspension tuning which can be done.

The first 24 hour race is unlocked at 35, the second (also the final of the endurance) is at 40. To give an idea on time frames, it takes about 2.5 hours to complete the Indy 500 race at level 28 and that only gets you 1/3 the way to 29 :(
 
I am not gonna do the endurance races out of pure hate for them and the lack of reward for wasting hours of my life to get the wooden spoon prize car and sod all to line my pockets with :p Will do it the hard way and be a stubborn git and do Indy Super speedway over and over till I go blind :D
 
Finally got the F1 car after a week of waiting :D And unlocked the endurance races. Well timed as I was beginning to get bored!

Now the Escudo '98 pikes peak has come up for 1.9m, so tempted but that will be all my money gone!

Why does my tuned Muscle car up to 800BHP fail to be faster than my 400BHP opponents on the Amateur classic car race (the last one)

So what kind of prize do you get from the endurance races? Is there somewhere I can read about this? :p
