What have you guys used to beat GT All Stars? I'm using the RM ZR1, fully tuned with racing slicks. It's fast in the straights, but its understeer makes cornering a nightmare and it's very unforgiving if you don't take the perfect entry angles.
I've golded 3/5 individually, but have only managed 2nd place overall. It's all down to the odd little mistake here and there; I'm sure that if I raced perfectly I'd win the competition. But the cars are all over your tail and one spin out takes you from 1st down to 12th.
I don't think I'll ever gold the Ring. Such a long course that I just can't remember it all. Combined with a narrow track and lots of slopes and camber, I can't do better than about 5th. Of course I only need to gold the tournament, but yeah, all golds would be nice.
The ZR1 is probably the cheapest way to get shed loads of power from a light car, but it's understeer is a nightmare. Has anyone tried adjusting some aero/springs settings to make it a bit better?
