Look for Ford RS200s and early EVOs in the used car dealership, they come in just under the max power requirements

If I'm right doesn't it just have to be any car sub 245HP with the right tires on it? If so you can find something in the used lot for under 50k easily, if not I'll have a look and see if I have anything I can give you.
