Remember the ridiculous end of season load times on the original Championship manager, leaving it on overnight was often the best option. Took about 1.5 hours to start a new game as well iirc.
Prior to Champ man I used to love Player Manager. Other favourites were Strider, The Spy Who Loved Me, Stunt Car Racer, World Championship Boxing Manager, IK+, California Games, Syndicate...those were the days can even remember there was a version of x-copy professional or something that ran tetris while you copied

i was gutted the whole game was 15 mins long
Maybe it was short mate but it was good fun, good graphics, good soundtrack and it was a shooter!! QUALITY

I'd pay good money for a copy of Supercars II on the PC although I think it would be ideal for mobile phones, nice short races and a bit of humour thrown in.
And you people are wrong here - it was all about the Atari ST.![]()
