What did you do in 2010?

I did some awesome stuff. Settled into my new job, Saw some tropical islands. Made some new friends. Found a new house. Not a bad year on the whole.

I had my first break up, I caught a horrible bug in China and was ill for 6 months and I nearly passed out at 14000ft on my AFF level 3 jump because of dehydration. :o

On the plus side 2011 is looking goooood. :D

I've had breakups with GFs before but this was the first I loved, I was a mess for months! Still alive though.

Shanghai was great, I'm probably going to visit Hong Kong in 2011. 2011 is also looking good because of all the amazing new friends I went out and made after the said break up. I'm going to spain with them at easter on a skydiving trip, it's gonna be great! :)
 
Landscaped my garden. No rear access so had to lump 17 railway sleepers, 35 square metres of decking, 15 square metres of turf, and 125 wheelbarrow loads of dirt through the house. Mrs randal24 was very good about the whole affair in fairness. :D

new car,
moved house,
sky dive,
karting,
wine tasting,
a few very nice meals out,
girlfriend decided to get a tumour (benign) so dampened the year.

Been very eventful though! Good and bad, but main thing is coming out the other end richer (life etc.) for it and looking forward to the next
 
Got engaged, had our first child, bought (and sold) the best car I've ever had and moved into an awesome house.

That is about it for this year.
 
I grew a moustache.

I'm sure there were many other worthwhile things I've done in the year but few I can point to photographic evidence of. It's been a bit of a funny year, nothing specifically right and nothing wrong - I just feel vaguely unsatisfied with what I've achieved in it so that means 2011 has to be bigger and better, probably better planned to.

I had a feeling someone would say that. It was a nice garden, but the previous owner had a lot more time than we do to tend and nurture it. Plus as it's a sloped garden it's not very functional, save for teaching the Mrs heel/toe edge stuff when it snows!

Now we have plenty of space for entertaining, BBQs in the summer and it's a lot more manageable. Quick go over with the mower, job done. :D
