New Audi A6

Everyone's always done it for years, but that's not my point.

My point is that the Audis ALL LOOK THE ****ING SAME and it's lame.
There the A8 is identical to the A4, just bigger. It's rubbish.
I'm not sure why I'm getting angry, but I am :/

As boring as it may be its done so a uniform corporate image is portrayed across all models, makes all the cars tie in together and keeps costs down.

Not got an issue with it myself, all the big car makers do it.

I'm not sure either, why are Audi at fault for following a successful business model?

Christ, Merc have their smallest coupe (AFAIK) and their high-end supercar looking exactly the same. At least with Audis they're similar cars, only the size differs.

Lmao you've really got the hump over that one haven't you ;).

Nah i understand some little people feel bad at times, i just want to know why in a thread full of comedians he's digging me out.

Engine is still too far infront of the front axle - good old Audi.

A6 is a splendid car, splendid for making the MY12 XF look even better. :p

Years ago i used to think of Audi as subtle, the thinking mans BMW/Merc if you like.

Not any more, with all the silly led's and copied styling, i just dont know why anyone buys one over the equivalent BMW/Merc any more.

Or VW for that matter, i know no one agrees with me but when i see them i just think VW.

The SLK looks nothing like the SLS.

Apart from the R8, their cars are looking increasingly similar and generic. They could do with a bit more pizazz and individuality in their range. Look at the original TT, A4, A8 and RS models. Nowadays its difficult to tell one model from the next and they all drive the same due to degree of shared components. It might be economical in the short/medium term but unless they start innovating and leading again, its going to be road to hell.
