I beat bury 7 - 0 in a pre season friendly. Bebe got a 2 goals.

Still not really sure what I am doing. Intrigued but totally out of my depth here.

btw, how do I skip matches? Don't think I can sit through every game.

Bebes stats are all over the shop in this, he scored 5 against wigan and a hatrick against liverpool a week later.

He has got an absolute stack of assists, can play on either wing, as a withdrawn striker and as an attacking midfielder.

He is the new Pele in this.

Strange for a guy nobody had heard of till a couple of months ago,

Conversely Nani has done sod all all season, Macheda is averaging a goal a game and Rooney wont sign a new contract.

Haha, iv been selling players a bit from the lower leagues either way :cool:

Turns out the system is just a little different to the last one where if people want the players there's less of that put in a massive offer and see what happens style negotiations... (Still havnt sold anyone for big money yet though)
 
agents are so realistic

example, offer a player 20k a week and the agent 100k the offer is refused

offer the player 15k a week and the agent 250k he bites your hand off :)
 
I am waaaaaaaay out of my depth with this game.

Won all my pre season games without really doing anything. Then I faced Chelsea in the community shield and got beat 4-1. Then my first game of the EPL was against Liverpool and they beat me 3-0.

I did get a buzz when I scored against Chelsea as it was a sub(owen) I made that scored it and I told him to shoot on sight. Made me feel like I did something.
 
I wish Arsenal had more money to spend. I ended up blowing my 17 million transfer budget on Anthony Reveillere and Guiseppe Rossi. Rossi has been alright ish and Reveillere has been amazing for the price! He's my new first choice RB and Sagna doesn't seem to mind riding the bench, I think I'll have to offload Eboue as he's getting fed up of being in the reserves. I need a new left sided midfielder soon though, the only people I have that can play there are Arshavin and Gibbs, anyone got any suggestions? I was gonna buy Kevin Grosskreutz from Dortmund.

look in the french league, there are millions of left footers in there for a couple of million a piece.
Real have a **** load of cracking youngsters who they will let go for peanuts.

He's young but becomes pretty good, Abdoul Camara is 19-21 and under £4m, good pace etc.
 
Found Charlie Adam with a 1.1M buyout clause :eek:. Shame he makes me put a similar size of clause on him but hes still very good for any team short of the top 4.
 
Scored in 36 consecutive Premier League games with Man Utd now.

Just bought a AM/S from Leverkusen for £15m. I forget his name but I'm hoping he'll be a bit useful.
 
anyone link me to a really good tactic?

I don't have the ability to spend hours making one for it just to fall flat on its face.

Ipswich start with some half decent strikers already.

You just need a decent centre back (Jay DeMerit on a free) and a decent right back.

Then add a little height to stiffen your central midfield (Grant Leadbitter and Norris won't be dominating in the air any time soon).

Job done.
