I also live on top of a hill that is now covered in snow, I have no chance of getting up/down it in the car until it melts.
Also the delivery wasn't affected by the snow (he turned up on time) this was apparently a mistake on the website that they didn't notify me of.
This is why we are having dead cow =D
Shouldn't be too hard to get a Turkey, I can get one in 3 minutes in my area.
We have finally got a Turkey, had to visit 4 shops to get one big enough but it is in our possession.
I sent a complaint to Tesco about the issue and they replied with 'all frozen turkeys had to be delivered before the 19th'. I had a quick look on the website and I could still see the turkey I ordered with the description 'For deliveries between the 19th Nov and 23rd Dec only', so I screenprinted it and emailed it off to Tesco.
They have just replied saying that I have sent them an image of a fresh turkey, despite the description reading 'Keep Frozen at -18 degrees' and several other references to frozen in the description.
I have just checked again and all of the incriminating evidence has been removed, which I am very suspicious of now.
Hmmm
I am now suspicious that you did in fact just assume it was a frozen turkey product, from the fact that it gives freezing instructions. And what incriminating evidence was there that has supposedly now been removed? Surely the screen dump you sent to Tesco, contained the product description in its title along with any possible 'incriminating evidence'?
The scales of justice are swinging back towards Tesco here.
