For all you stating your current card is redundant then you have missed the point.
If you have a 5850 or 5870 already then thats fine.
My point is buying into a 5 series card now is not a wise decision.
Thanks lol. Apart from you not being able to read the graphs(which we're working on), any other reasons you didn't like my review? To sum it up, the 6850 gets beaten constantly. I can't see how you're missing it!
^^ Your charts would be a lot easier to read if you put the cards names horizontally instead of vertically.
I think the charts are fine in the recent reviews, no need to change them. And keep doing the overclocked benchmarks, very useful they are.
This 5850 is better than any 6850 and 6870. Soz.
Your getting much more for your cash here ££££.
Bigger GPU, better cooler, better clocker and better reselling value.
Graphs are poor from that site btw, headache time...
If you were getting two. I'd say get 6850's.
If you're getting one, you'd get a 5850.
That simple.
This.
why
the two 5850 are roughly = 5970.
they look lvl to me and they will run cooler with this heatsink on. This 5850 MSI TWIN FROZR is a non-brainier in single or crossfire configuration over the 6850...

Don't know about the 6870, but from reading this it is more powerful than the 6850.
6850's are about on par with 5850 crossfire.
