Bloody hell, Gervais has lost a bit of weight hasn't he! I guess that 6 million quid gym in the bottom of his house was worth it. PS: That's Karl's face trying really hard to remember.

Are there any more of these?

I can't get enough of Gervais' laugh. That high pitched wail is only made better when he tries to talk through it and it extends the laugh for an entire sentence.

This weekend we had a road trip for a wedding, three girls and me in the car and when Gervais kicked off with this laugh sentence they all burst out laughing too.

In my books, a laugh that makes you laugh is champion.

Just to add fuel to the debate seeing as it's almost died out... (and there's nothing better than an OcUK argument), I just read this on Ricky's blog:

We're going to do a little free podcast this week too. Karl is grumpy about this as he reckons he has nothing to say. He says that every time. It's like getting blood out of a ******* stone. But the blood is very funny when it flows. I just have to stab him with sharp objects to get it. This metaphor is wearing thin... basically he's a grumpy Manc **** and I have to behave like an annoying **** to make him say something that is stupid/mental/hilarious. You know the drill by now.

So maybe people who find Ricky annoying just don't realise it's a put on to get the best out of the podcast medium? I dunno, maybe everyone who dislikes him has actually met him in real life and has made an informed opinion that way :p (I'm one to talk  )

I think you get a much better response and program out of Karl when he's at a place he enjoys. Mexico and Egypt being prime examples of great and poor shows.

Bizzare, I thought Egypt was bad, the worst so far. Mexico though was fantastic. I prefer Karl though when he's getting into the situation and enjoying it rather than hating it and not wanting to be there.

Bumpage. I laughed so hard at last night's episode.

"Look, it's not even hot.. he's still got his T-shirt on but he thought, I'll just pop my pants off" ... "I've never seen a man bend over so much".

:D

Just picked up the dvd yesterday, very funny. Much lolage going on! Just on the Peru one at the moment.

"The alright wall of China!" :D

I'm sure the DVD episodes had extra stuff in.

It does yeah, little features with all three of them talking. Love how Merchant and Gervais wind him up. Pretty amazing how Pilkington's head works, he obviously is'nt like that but he is...if you know what i mean?

I meant extra clips.
When watching the DVD I kept thinking 'I don't remember that' and I watched the TV series 3 times each.
