So, I was about to install a 5850 but it seems my current right angled sata cable is in the way. It is an akasa see through blue cable and the right angle is 21 mm long (from the end to the start of the angle). Does anyone know of any cables that are smaller than this? My only other option would be a new mb but that is not really an ideal solution at this time.

Anyway, overclockers was the fist place I looked and if you had read my post you would already know that I have a right angled sata cable. Now, tell me this, why would I want to buy another cable that will also probably not fit? Which is why I decided to come on to these fine forums with people more experienced than my self, oh well...
In the mean time I have a short term solution. I managed to cut a bit from the top and sort of had to force the GPU . Would still prefer a smaller cable as that would be more ideal.

This HERE is the smallest you will get at 15cm, but it's not right angle.
