It could be a confidence interval. Most likely they can't say 100% as 100% of bugs haven't been discovered yet?

its just to cover themselves legally, or maybe it just sounds good - they certainly cannot say 100%.
you can easily detect 99.99999999% kill and i have done it, despite what Qi said on an old episode.

Virtually all viruses can be killed in this manner, proper cleaning, no secret antivirals, no magic sprays, soap and water will kill virus in droplet and blood spills. Outside of body cells viruses are weak and easily disrupted, once inside, then it becomes more difficult, as host cells have to die to eradicate the infection.

Antibacteria - kills bacteria

AIDS and HIV = viruses

viruses =\= bacteria

therefore antibacteria - does not kill AIDS/HIV

I suppose you could see it as a symptom, however it's not exactly a symptom of HIV. AIDS is a separate disease from HIV. Very often, HIV leads to AIDS, but you can get AIDS without ever having had HIV in your life

You can have HIV without ever contracting AIDS, that is not true the other way around. AIDS is caused by HIV, it is not caused by anything else. You cannot contract AIDS without HIV being present.

Acquired : means you can get infected with it.
Immune Deficiency : means a weakness in the body's system that fights diseases.
Syndrome : means a group of health problems that make up a disease

so its what we call the symptoms of the HIV virus, which can be nothing to loads of issues... I htink the confusion is because HIV can be ??inactive?? and do nothing at all... (not sure if it literally does nothing or is just kept at bay by your body without much effort)
