Call Of Duty Black Ops - Ill Effects?

Anyone else find this game triggers dizziness and/or blurred vision?

Not a problem I usually get when gaming but after 45 mins in the SP last night I stood up, walked to the bathroom and had to suddenly grab the side of the bath with a sudden dizzy turn. I also found my vision quite blurry for some hours after too.

Will see what happens again this evening but if the same situation arises, I won't be playing it anymore.

I don't feel dizzy but I do get the urge to knife big issue sellers.

try changing field of view to 80 and change fps

I get this with default fov. Stick it up to 80 and im fine, as Dg said, try this.

The room is lit, albeit with a table lamp so I'll try it with the main light. Also thanks for the tip about FOV - will give that a try.

And I'm certainly not planning on dying any time soon...

Well the last time I had this was about 10 to 15 years ago, some Star Wars shoot em up on the PS1.

I've abandoned the game for now anyway, just frustrating when you get caught in the same death loop ten times in a row, not enough checkpoints. If you take your time and work through the enemies then you get grenaded or they just respawn; if you charge - you die!

I really wish they would change the save game format and allow quicksave as per Fallout etc. or have more frequent checkpoints.

I think you can turn off motion blur in the options, that might help?
