I have also rage quit three times, if I disable aids I am fast enough until the first corner where I oversteer out of control and if I enable aids I am to slow :mad:

Same with the lv23 US Championship in a ZR1, I hate that car.
 
Are you guys joking about the FormulaGT challenge? In A-Spec its a cakewalk :s my guy takes first place in lap 1 and doesnt look back, my B-spec is doing it right now and he doesnt seem to be having much trouble.

I suggest you change your oil / engine overhaul (not necessery but might help) and also look for a different tune
 
If I put soft racing tyres on I can hold onto 9th by the first corner. After that I'm nowhere. Off the line they cream me. I have to weave to be in 9th by the end of the straight.

Done the oil change but not overhaul.
 
Hey, could I borrow a Gallardo off someone please? I need to do A-Spec and B-Spec and I bought a murcielago for the Lambo challenge not realising there was a Gallardo race later :o

My B spec driver cant win in the Historic Car Cup last race for the love of money using the Toyota 7 Race Car :(

These are the settings im using if anyone has any better settings please let me know..

Car: Toyota 7 Race Car '70

Aerodynamics: Front 60 Rear 85
Turbo Kits: High RPM Range Turbo Kit
Transmission: 200mph Top speed
Suspension:
1.Height: -30mm Front and Rear
2.Dampers (Extension): 10 Front and Rear
3.Dampers (Compression): 9 Front and Rear
Wheel Alignment: Camper Angle: 1.5 Front and Rear

i had a lot of trouble with this too mate, apparently the secret is to make sure the ZJ Racing car (the silver one with the square back and massive exhausts) is at least 6th place or further back, you might need to exit and retry a few times before he is put back, but this makes the competition significantly easier.

Cheers for that mate ill make sure he is at least 6th as come to think about it he allways is the winner in this event:p

i usually go for

any mods to bring it to the horsepower limit

weight reductions to the limit

fully custom suspension

fully custom gearbox (you made need to shorten the ratio to something to suit the track)

lightweight race flywheel and clutch

If you still struggling after this then enable Skid Recovery Force and possibly add a rear wing if the car is a Front engine Rear wheel drive.

Just give you driver a chapparal 2J aswell he will usually pass him and go into first on the last lap. I kept my diver about 3/4 into the red and told him to reduce pace on difficult corners.

Also in other news 4 1/2 hours until mr b spec can race the 24 hour races.

Ps3 is gonna take a beating this week along with the leccy bill lol

They cost around 5 million though don't they? Lot of money for one race.
