Do you actually have to drive the car for 9-24 hours or can you put in the b spec driver?
There are a few in the used dealership, but with the last update they put a truck in the online dealership that has most special cars you need for races.

Very strange i get 2.23 mil for 24 hours
and 1.18 mil for 9 hours of tsubuka iirc
i will double check again tonight the exact figures but it's definitely 1.1 mil for tsubuka for me?

Yeah he put the wheel on par with a ECCI wheel the cheapest one of them is $1000 ranging upto around $8000 for fully custom ones.
The force feedback on the t500rs could easily tear a muscle it's rated for 16+
just watch the rotational speed for full lock to lock

They don't let you customise individual ratios (yet).

You cant change each gear ratio but you pick the max speed and it works out the best ratios for that gearing, as for brakes they seem to auto improve never seem to have a braking issue when increasing the HP of a car.
No it doesn't it just increases them all in sync, gone are the days of incredible acceleration and lunatic top speeds. I never have braking issues either but I used to in previous games which is kind of my point. It just feels like there is less to play around with without any reason for taking these options out of the game.
Still incredibly hooked and enjoying it, just mildly irritated by some decisions. Anyway I'm sure most issues have been covered on earlier pages so I won't go on
I'll have to check and confirm my figures. 24h event is due to end in 4 hours then I'll do the 9h event overnight. I'm so close to the end now I'm really not that fussed.
Back-up, back-up, back-up! Hopefully it'll be fine, but I'd be making sure my save games are secure while I still could.
If your ps3 has been running 48 hrs non stop that might slow it down 
GT5 also access psn all the time, no matter what you're doing, so it might slow down if the net is busys.
As for gear ratios, I have heard that when you reach A-Spec 30 you can actually fully customise your fully customisable transmission, although this may just be a rumour.
