Text kiss etiquette

I never put x after anything, not even to my boyfriend. And he doesn't either.

Didn't know that there was some people that had a code for what it means etc :o Have to go check out old messages now!

I always thought you were a dude.. Galskap!

None ever to male friends. an 'x' symoblises a kiss, you wouldn't kiss em in real life would you?
Rarely to girls either, occassionally if I'm in a good mood :p

What's wrong with a sloppy kiss every so often? :p

This*!

Psshttttt, I have friends I love! + there's loads of different kinds of love / it's just a normal thing to do now / it's merely a general sign of affection.

*I sometimes do this kinda thing.

Yeah, I guess, have no problem with it but still seems strange. I've done the xxxxxxxxx a few times, generally only when I'm almost at their house and expecting to be heading straight to the bedroom when I get there...:o

:D

And make sure when you're next with a mixed group to tell them about it. It's great fun seeing all the guys and girls grabbing their phones and looking for all the texts from the rest of the group...;)

Usually put them on texts to the wife, but it really depends on the content of the text. Sometimes it doesn't make sense to put one on there.

Most girls that I know well enough to be texting get one too and it's generally reciprocated so that's a fairly good sign it's taken the right way.

Family members, including my brother and my dad will get them too.

Certain male friends sometimes get a kiss, too, and for the record yes - I would kiss them in real life, though only on the cheek. It can be a mark of respect or platonic love without romantic intent so there's no big deal there.

Erm to the wife we have always sent what ever there is left on a line of txt if that makes sense, One to anyone else girls and blokes wise who are either family or very good friends.
