RE: Mage DPS.

My GM is playing frost in raids and pulling 18k+ hes always top 3. Mage dps isn't broken, you just need to play it properly. And with Fire, we have a fire mage thats always 15k+

Blizz seem to have pulled their finger out with hard modes though. Overall mage dps needs a buff but I agree it isn't broken. Mages will probably scale well again though

Mage dps is broken in the sense that fire is designed around having a high crit chance - higher than current cata gear allows. Without crits they lose out on hot streak and mana regen, never a good sign when the fire mages are having to do as much mana management (or even more) than arcane which is designed around managing mana.

On the difficulty front, do remember that normal modes are designed to be relatively easy and theres still a fair difference between 10 and 25man difficulties on some fights.
 
I'm really hoping hms will be hard. Else I can't see I'll be playing in a month. I'm not sitting through 6months of ICC style farm again - But i'll let you know this next week on how hard they are :)

And 10 and 25man difficulty, yes, 25man is harder. 10mans are a walk in the park currently.

Best way is to let the account bleed dry and not think about it.

It may be dishonest, but idiots who buy accounts deserve ripping off, morons.

Pretty much the same progress as you for 25 man, 11/12 with Nefarian dying next reset for sure.

I don't think it's too easy though - wait till you've done all the hardmodes and then decide. Unless you're Paragon or Method, I'm sure they will keep you busy for a long time :)

12/12 last week, ok, so yes, the normal content is relatively easy, but wotlk didn't have heroic encounters this early on in the expansion - and they are definately heroic - so i'd wait a little untill you start complaining that it's too easy ;)

Also, no-one said mage dps is broken, they said arcane was broken, which it is (massive mana issues) Frost and fire dps is working as intended mostly

I understand what you guys are saying but between working full time,staying at my girlfriends, out in the car and trying to get to the pub every so often I find myself logging on.....thinking I'll do a bg.....nah.......level professions.....nah.......daily hc.....get a group of mongos and log off.

Thanks. For some reason I thought you could do it in combat.. that would be rather OP

Could just fly away and never die. Though it will help if you res in a dangerous area, if you're quick enough to fly away :)
 
Was going to do BoT first boss the other day.

The first 4 mobs on the first pull... Dropped 3 BoE epics... The next 2 pulls I think it was resulted in another 4 BoEs... We reset it and the next run nothing dropped ;(

Sucks :( I had him pre MC and had loads of achievement points. Proper gutted all those hours played sold for not even a days wages :(

Phone Blizzard, tell them you stopped playing ages ago and can't seem to login, get your account back.

They can revert any Battle.net stuff that has been done if it was a long time ago too.

I know it may seem dishonest but the morons buying accounts absolutely deserve ripping off.
