I gave them a deposit today, could you see a significant saving to be made? They had 5k so i can probably kiss that goodbye so that would mean it would need to be a good chunk under 45.

Just let the weather break a bit before i get the concrete layed so it dont crack with frost so me builder tells me, so end of April probably.

The grey one yea, me mum going took the edge of that a bit.

Anyway there was delay with autopsy so we cant have the funeral for a week, once its all done come over and take some pics.

If you've already given the deposit you've already made your mind up, maybe next time you want to splash some cash on some building work let me know :)

I'll do anything me :D no I'm a Project Manager so have access to all trades, I'm a Chartered Surveyor so know what things costs and am able to deliver to clients decent value and cost.

Refurb HMO's Surrey 2 one £80k one £120k turning Victorian 3 bed into 7 bed HMOs
Listed building refurb Surrey £80k

Send me a email, we always have something on the go, my wife has had builders here for 15 of the last 18 months :)
 
Looks good Mark, however it's a shame you didn't shoot me an email or msn first! I could have hooked you up with my Dad's company (Crosby or Berkeley homes), and as you know there's no better in the UK for high level projects.

3 Jags my car me wifes and either me son or daughter can race for the last :) Shogun can stay in the barn poxy things gone wrong again, i vowed no more diesels ever, bought that and its ****ed again.
