Yes I gathered that by the state of your mind and un-randomness of the number you selected..

I recall years ago we had a snowball fight with some local police.. just a bit of harmless community spirit I guess.

No. Section 69 of the Police Act of 1996 states

"Police Officers are required to spend at least 4 hours per week saying "Sir" and attempting to make it carry the meaning of 'Piece of dirt'."
