Man nicked for throwing snowball at police

Not read the article, but if a guy gets 'nicked' for throwing a snowball at a copper, fair play...What were they thinking? =/

Section 69 of the Police Act of 1996 states that it is a specific offence to throw snowballs at the police.

No. Section 69 of the Police Act of 1996 states

"Police Officers are required to spend at least 4 hours per week saying "Sir" and attempting to make it carry the meaning of 'Piece of dirt'."

She was only a PCSO so nothing more than a jumped up McCopper. Ridiculous it was taken to Court.

I know Dean Smith in rl, he's a complete and utter ****** and a total chav, he been in the nick so many times for drug abuse Burglary etc etc, deserved more.

What? I thought Section 69 of the Police Act of 1996 stated that:

"No officer with false teeth should attempt oral sex in zero mavity."

Would anybody have even considered taking this to court if it had happened to them? Why should people in luminous yellow jackets get more rights than the rest of us?
