Household items - 10KG!

Went with flour - as it was the cheapest! Such a tight git!

Should be fun!

Should be just as good, remember to pack and tie it tightly otherwise it will pull on your shoulders and cause you to slouch forward to compensate which will give you back pain after a while and strain your muscles.

It is somewhere in between depending on loadout. There is a 12 miler that requires a 31kg kit loadout. (those figures don't include your weapon which you also have to carry. which is another 5-6kg) Also everything has to be done within a specific time limit and in most cases in formation.

There is the bottom field where you have to complete the course in full kit, and carrying another marine also in full kit....That is really fun.

Ahh, forgot full kit didn't include weapon. :)

What do you mean by this? I didn't have much pain in my shoulders to be honest, just the feet, but every little bit of advice is appreciated.

kinda like this, don't have the weight just loose in the bottom, layer it down your back
