Hey guys,

My cheapo £15 keyboard broke and after contacting logitech about a replacement they came to the conclusion that is was borked so offered me a wireless keyboard and mouse combo,

I told them I really liked my deathadder at the moment so I said have they any just keyboard options.

In amazement they offered me a K350 which retails between 40-50 quid.

I thought :O and snapped it up, have a ups tracking number and once it arrives it will be hitting the MM, as I have razer widow.


As many other threads have mentioned i will ghost, that is fantastic customer service. I hope if my Razer stuff breaks they'll have the same attitude .

Tell me your personal experiences.

And mods please make an Official thread for there service and sticky it xD.
 
Well now that you've mentioned them by name ... guessing who it is seems pointless :p

I've heard some good stories on this forum with Logitech customer services, glad you've had a good outcome. :)
 
I've been reading all about these logitech claims recently. I've got a set of 5.1 logitech speakers in the spare bedroom, the two rear satellites broke after about 10 month, I couldn't be bothered replacing them and it would have been a hassle to post them all back to OCUK just for two rear speakers I never used much anyway.

However, I may try my luck with Logitech and see what sort of response I get.

What do you think? They have been lying for 2 years now.

email them saying what happened, i emailed them after a thread like this.

the very least ive heard them do is give you 50% anything in there shop. but as most of there stuff is on 2 year warrienties anyway i think they will, give you a new set .

I only titled the thread like that as there are many threads about there customer service and its talked about it.

most people dont even need to read the post before knowing who im talking about.
 
I wonder how high they mark up their items to be able to afford to give so much stuff away. Also, cheap ppl here seem to confuse freebies with good customer service.

Have an old keyboard here that has the wrong 'programming' - as in some keys don't give the right character.

Don't really use it anymore as didn't know could do anything about it xD
 
Are you sure it's not the settings in windows - assuming your using windows.

Had a problem in the past were XP would choose a American keyboard layout rather than the English version.
 
I think we have a Logitech thread every day praising their customer service :D

Shame some people are taking the **** by selling replacements / the partially broken item that was replaced.

Nah, spilt some water on it, dried it thoroughly but things like "." came up as "]" xD

Logitech doesn't have to know about the spill though do they? :p
