I am in the process of RMA'ing my Motherboard as i was sent the wrong one.

I was told to send it via standard parcels though, maybe that's because my £150 board costs less than your card?

I was told pretty much what Stulid mentioned only i was told to send standard parcels, and would be reimbursed.

Cost me £6.66 to send it back with an extra quid for insurance.

£6.66 though:rolleyes:

Hmm thanks for the info :) Yeh the postage is the main thing tbh, as im about an Hour away from OC i might decide to just drop it off if i can. Be a nice ride out and get something done.

The card is actualy part of a system i bought from OC but its the only faulty part so they only want that back.
But after just looking in the box i see they havent give me the anti static bag :| (as the pc come preassembled) so i might have to see if i can find one.

did u buy a whole prebuilt? or just bits n bobs?

if its the whole prebuilt system they should arrange pickup etc and pay

when i bought mine from ocuk 2-3 years ago i had to send mine back 2-3 times they arranged pickup etc

thats what i bought, they told me to find the fault and sent the part back. good job i actualy know a little bit about computers i suppose or i would be not in a good position.

they should be arrangeing a pickup by a van , dono how it works for part but they took my whole system back just because of bsod (ram) and a hdd not detecting (LOOOL)

Hmm i might just ring them in the morning and see what they say. The whole reason i bought the whole sytem was so i didnt have to put up with messing around with parts or i would have just bought it all seperatly myself.

Just to update this, I sent it yesterday Recorded delivery. Had an email conferming they recieved it and it is faulty. Now its been sent to MSI to be repaired / replaced?

I was told on the phone as soon as they confermed it was faulty they would sent me a replacement and it would take no longer than a week?

Guessing if i have to wait for it to go back to MSI im going to have to wait a lot longer. Anyone else had this kind of problem?
