Overclocking will be limited by high voltages and stress-testing.
If you want your rig to simultaneously handle prime95+Furmark for an extended period of time, you must bear in mind that overvolting both GTX 480 and i7 9** results in much higher power consumption leading to stressing the PSU.
It won't fail but it is not advised to run any PSU that is supposed to last 2 years plus at its maximum rated spec.
That said there's absolutely nothing wrong with running an i7 with GTX 480 on Corsair HX520W.
