pc kid -ive got hastings what other games you got that pc hasnt ?
console kid-erm like 1000000soh and 99 percent are now ported from console
doesnt matter how much you paid on your rig or console . its what games are on that platform and which has the best game selection fun factor.
Consoles have Red Dead Redemption and Uncharted off the top of my head. PC has the whole RTS genre, the whole MMO genre, Stalker series, a bunch of indie games that aren't on console (Magicka, Amnesia, VVVVVV, Audiosurf).
Considering most games on console are twitch FPS or cover based TPS, I think PC has the best game selection don't you?

PC gaming has been going to decades. There are 10's of thousands of pc games, whilst most consoles only manage a couple of hundred in their life-span. Less if you don't count the yearly installments of Fifa as new games.

nah im actually unbiased I play both but will admit I much prefer my pc but thats mainly because my xbox is now showing its age. some games I prefer console some pc.

I owned a 360 for a couple of years and a PS3, for a few months. Both are the same, and both suffer from constant loading, loading, loading. Drove me mad in the end.

You should see the hate between Spectrum and C64 owners at retrogaming conventions. There's a rivalry that's been going 30 years!
CPC 464, owns them both
I see PC as my hardcore gaming, im also getting a Xbox mainly for the Kinnect, especially when friend's and family around, you can't really play a bowling game on pc with family/friends without using the mouse or keyboard, whereas the Kinnect is done hands free.

as someone just mentioned regarding drivers & bugs.
take GTA IV for example that was one of the worst console imports to PC, even some of the high systems had trouble coping unless you had a quad core, i had to patch the game 4 times to get it work with my PC, whereas if you play it on an Xbox you have none of these issues. it's a 50/50 split , consoles will load 90% of the time and be playing the game without any issues, but with the PC wins overall quality graphics, upgrade-able, and has more variety games i.e. MMOPG, RTS, FPS, RACING.
