Over there...
Any obvious reason i should get one over the other?

Price isnt really that close - steam are £25, and i'd never have to lose my disk...

Depends on the speed of your connection - sitting around waiting for it to download - and how likely you are to lose the disc. Does the cost outweigh the downsides?

STEAM all the way :)

Never have to worry about the disc or product key :)

Did I mention that Steam is AWESOME.

Only downside is it may not unlock untill the evening, how fast is your internet connection?

well ordered it through steam, and straight after saw posts on their forums saying how it doesnt work with "top-end" steering wheels.

i REALLY hope my fanatec works ok, as thats the ONLY reason i bought PC rather than 360.

Hugs my G25 :) lol, although mine is highly modified now :)

Just pre-purchased on Steam.

Do steam take the funds straight away or when it's released?

Nice to see steam are offering pre-orders at decent prices these days :)

Makes my life a lot easier using Digital Download services now as i didnt bother with an optical drive with my current build :D

Im waiting because of a lot of beta testers thought it was crap as in bugs and features.

I will get it when i see some player reviews/posts on it here, hopefully mp will be better than original i.e find friends and play with em easier and more cars ull see instead of zoned sections where i think u saw about 8 cars max?

TD:U beta was rubbish, the cars handled really badly. But on final release it was improved a heck of a lot.

Ok the car handling wasnt sublime but it was the open road and being able to hook up with mates that made the game :)

So how is the hook up with mates in mp now, any better than the limited mp from tdu 1? Can you see a lot more cars just driving around now and not limited to 8 or whatever the number was?

does anyone know if TDU:2 has fully customisable controls?? e.g having the driving controls on the right analog stick of the xbox360 controller
