UFO spotted hanging over Jerusalem

I'm normally a scepic of these UFO sigting but what is this? The speed this thing flies off at in the end and the red lights in the sky. Does this seem like a hoax?

Having two supposed separate views, along with people off camera making noises makes it seem more credible... it's what I'd do if I was going to make one.

As a holy sight that tourists look at, I'd wager there would be far more cameras or video cameras pointed at it than just these two.
