Asked for some new glide feet for my old G5 mouse, and a few address details later, BOOM!!! landed on my doorstep today are fresh replacements.

How did you contact them stulid? Could really do with new feet for my MX518 and I see they've started using larger pads on them since I bought mind many years ago!

you create an user account with them on their website, then ask a support question, you will be asked to fill in some model details and a serial number from under the mouse.

then i got a reply from some lady asking for address details, so log back in and update the question with this info, then got an email saying the stuff has been requested from there factory.

sit back and wait.
 
I keep ending up with Logitech kit when I upgrade.

First the MX518, then the wave keyboard, then a HD webcam, then some Ultimate Ears earphones (owned by logitech). They make great budget/mid range peripherals, and they seem to last forever/until I spill orange juice on them.
 
They'd never want a Beta-Male's babies ;p

Also peripheral wise I almost always look at Logitech first, as their support is absolutely fantastic.

p.s. been meaning to say, Stulid why can I not find your desk/room/computer pics/specs!
