OK im a big boy 6'3 and 18.7 stone, people always think im like 14stone, but i have big mussel mass on my legs.. there is a pic below my thighs and bum are worse!
and this pic was 4 years ago.. you know the guys at the gym with sparrows legs and money arms? well im the opposite!
I play 5aside 3 times a week, mon - wed - fri... but pretty much crippled in-between, i get lower back pain, and my legs ache, i have been told that all my legs have expanded in mussel mass but due to not stretching everything is very tight and pulled, i feel ok sat cross legs and hunched up, if i straighten out im in a bad way, i cannot sit L shaped without my lower back and legs pinging me back.
touch my toes? cant even reach my knees!
I need to start doing some proper warm ups and warm downs or i guess i will have to give up playing the only sport i enjoy.. does anyone have a routine for me?
