Which biscuits are lowest in sugar and fat etc..?

Their biscuits for crying out loud, walk up the stairs after eating and you've burned off any fat they possibly had.

Stop trying to find things that you can "cut back on" and go out and do some bloody exercise.
 
According to weight watchers, Jaffa Cakes and pink waifers are among the most healthy.
Yeah I know Jaffa cakes are cakes, but we still eat them like biscuits :p

If only, unfortunately if you have say 3 hobnobs, your looking at a 20 min run to burn them off calorie for calorie.

I think mcvities do a light range with less cals these days
 
Honestly I find this thread and the general concept of the thread ridiculous.

Eating a few biscuits every day will not make you fat, hell eating a packet of biscuits twice a week will not make you fat.

It just won't. Eating badly every meal and getting no exercise will make you fat.

Stop trying to look for excuses! Set out a meal plan to prevent yourself eating crap, get "some" exercise, by which I mean go for a brisk walk a few times a week.

What you eat does not make you fat, what makes you fat is what you don't do.
