It is apparently Computer Graphics on a still picture with added sound effect of people (or something like this). Good analysis on that article.

I am am in no doubt that some UFOs are real, so I was quite shocked how many of you were taken in by this at first I always thought it looked very dodgy.

If something like that happened i would expect far more witnesses, security cameras and video sources to appear, it would be all over the news.

I've always said we'll know we have something interesting if it makes advanced flight maneuvers like that but this is clearly a fake, one that could have been done better if they didn't make a few simple mistakes.

The closest evidence for advanced craft i've seen are the nasa videos and a few aircraft buzzing ufos, everything else is either a blurry photo or a slow moving light in the sky, almost always a star, planet, satellite, aircraft, balloon or lantern.

Nothing dodgy looking about it at all. The first thing I thought was it looks too good to be true.
