Just to quantify, I played the game last night for about 3 hours. Really enjoyed driving around, the events are decent and I like the way the game eases you in, although I did get a tad frustrated at having to do the driving schools again, but that's part of the charm I suppose

Cool will probably pick it up later when i go out and i reckon i will trade medal of honor in so its abit cheaper , can see me just driving around a fair bit not really racing

Is the wheel support inferior to the previous version? It seems that way from what I've read.

I'm trying to do a race in the Ibiza cup but when I select one it says 'Challenge unavailable for the moment.'

Any ideas?

You have to do those in order. There will be one unlocked each time.

The Aston Martin you use for the two Al icences has to be the worst car I've used in any game involving cars, ever.

I went into darlington!

Just got back, I went to a highstreet game shop and they gave me £33 for blackops, and £8 for oblivian

Ah I'm a retard. I didn't know the map zoomed right out, there's some event way on the other side of the island that I can do.

I'm interested to know this too, as it was pretty poor in the first one so I hope they've fixed it or at least made it better in this one.

Does any one know what the actual difference between sport mode and fully assisted is? I've tried them both and can't really feel much of a difference.

I see they've closed the niggles thread on the official forums whilst they're working on a big fix, with an announcement at 8pm GMT tonight.

Is there an ETA when clubs will be working again? Something to sell cars would be great aswell, strange that they didn't already include it in the game.

Hopefully the clubs will be fixed by the announcement tonight, fingers crossed. At least they're not just ignoring the things that are broken, unlike some developers.

Didn't get a chance to see mate unfortunately. I wish they'd made the players text a bit bigger. I don't remember having trouble reading other players names and distance in the old game.

Thats a pretty good deal for Black Ops. Oblivion isn't worth much these days so 8 quid is reasonable I guess. I will never get rid of my copy though, I love Oblivion and can't wait for Skyrim too!

Back on topic - I finally scrapped up enough cash to buy another house and another car. Got myself a lovely little house in a desert(ish) town and picked up a Impreza as it was a bargain price for that level on performance and goes like the clappers off road too!
