That aside, it's Valentines special fight night out on the high street tonight and all the restaurants are booked up with overpriced below normal standard fixed menus, so we've decided to stay in and have a serious cooking session. Dough is rising for some bread and pitta, two massive lasagnes are in the oven, roasted root vegetables for soup, chicken stock boiled down and some caramel bubbling away to make a banoffee-eaton-mess. Going to get fat tonight :cool:

Oh, and finally arranged to go out for a bike ride with Saundie tomorrow morning so I don't want a hangover :D

Meh, who am I kidding, I still would've been in regardless :p
 
Because I have a minimum wage job 25 hours a week, and still took me a whole year to find that job. It's a good job though, fantastic people. Just I don't have much money left once mortgage + bills are paid. I am applying internally for a better paid job. Interview next Tuesday :-)
