Wow try and sign a guy called Kevin hes passing is amazing creates loads of chances.

Yeah on my stupidly far in the future save he's not quite good enough for arsenal first team, but him and Machada turn Brum into a constantly over achieving team... :) (doesnt like being sent out on loan though it turns out which didnt help me when I wanted him)

United signed him quickly in my game. Yaya Sanogo is the player to get no matter what is what I hear. Oh and Aaron Ramsey has the best potential. For some reason I can't get these players at Rotherham.

Usually Diame doesn't play but I still have G. Caldwell, N'Zogbia and Diame in the squad.

Also just got Paulo Henrique... comfortably the best player in the world at this point...

edit: the tactic above, or with just 1 CF and the other in CMF, works so well if you have a really good AMC, mine is on 9 goals and 17 assists in 19 games.

That looks very attacking - do you ever get just completely smashed by bigger/better teams on occasion?

going to start as a team that i can adapt the 4-2-3-1 formation with would prefer england but could try others would like a team that fits it with just a couple of signings needed if any.

Well that was easy. Got promoted, won Liga Adelante, scored 130 goals, won by 35 points.

I'm not staying at Real Sporting as the board have sold Drogba for stupid money and I'm not happy. He is 37 but was my best player. So that's 5 league titles in 3 countries.

Just won Premiership with Wolves.
I have a slight problem with players as they get older in this game. i mean, Chelsea will never let Lampard go, and Liverpool will never let Gerrard go. I picked up Lampard for free when he was 34 and Gerrard for 200k. It was only after that i relaised how improbable it was and it's kinda ruined it.

had Dzeko up front. he is stupidly good.
4-3-3 attacking.

I don't think it's that improbable when players get to the twilight of their careers. If they want to keep playing, and they're not getting the game time then they'll look for a way to do that.

It's not that improbable for some players maybe, but when you get Gerrard+Lampard Leaving for lesser clubs or being released, i can't see that ever happening. If they left their respective clubs, it would be to move to another large club. Any team would still be interested in these players until they drop.

Although, thinking about it, i suppose i am quite a big club now having won the league and consistently in top half.

Match prep is the key for me. the tactics and players are the most important obviously but get the match prep sorted so that the players are used to the formation/tactics is key.:)

Raul has kind have lost it a bit though. And he moved to another country.
plus Madrid did not treat Raul with anywhere near the respect that he deserved after 15-odd years of service.

But i can understand that players like this might leave and go to another country to play maybe to see aout their career but it's not like Gerrard/Lampard (just for an example) would leave and go to smaller prem clubs.

edit- maybe Lampard - Tottenham because Harry's there but i can't see him joining Blackburn!
