Leopard Gecko and it eats small children.

I used to have one of these - very cool pet.

Mine unfortunately died one night due to a "bad shed".

Shedded her skin (which they normally eat), but it got stuck over her face and she died

..

Just a warning - keep an eye on her whilst shedding if you can!

I was also told that mine was male.. and I thought that for about a year, until she laid some eggs

how much and what do i need to keep one of these? they look cool. are they ok to let roam the house?

Gecko around £50, setup around £120 (Proper setup!)

They are small, and not suitable for free roaming (Few lizards are).

I have one, its around 2 months old now, and eats liek a pig! Loves its crickets!

She cost us £39 and the vivarium with all the bits of kit cost £95 all together. Depends where you go.

They are pretty easy to care for - needs to be fed every 2 days (if they are adults) - juveniles need to be fed more often.

Leopard gecko colours are stunning, am I right in thinking the older they get the more there colouring fades?

Apparently each time they shed their skin, they get darker.
