I use this stuff religiously.

Try using it, then filling your mouth with hot water, OUCH!

(i use it in the shower)

Its alcohol based, and there was a medical survery recently which linked the use of alcohol based mouth wash with oral cancer.

Make sure you use the alcohol free stuff !

I use Dentyl mouthwash but it just doesn't feel like its doing a proper job like Listerene does. Using Listerene is a bit like wiping your a*** with cheap, grating toilet paper, it doesn't feel great, but it does feel like you are doing a proper job.

I recently started using it, was on offer so seemed the time to try!

That stuff burns man!!!!!

It says to rinse for 30 seconds, HELL NO!!!!

Gets better though, not bad but im not sure if it does anything.
