Perhpas it doesn't - correlation doesn't necessarily imply causation tbh...

However its the idea that people selecting Jedi etc.. are 'idiots' that I'm taking issue with.

If it was said that it was somewhat juvenile rather than the more perjorative "idiots" then would you say it was fair(er) comment?

Yes - for quite a large % of people who chose the option.

Perhpas not for some people who are trying to make some sort of serious political point etc...

I'd put myself in the juvenile/immature category tbh... ;)
 
Putting down Muslim/Christian could be considered a joke, believing in an entity that nobody can prove and worshipping that entity even killing people because they don't believe in your prophet.

Actually the idea of a purely atheist society doesn't sound that appealing to me, judging by all the cynical, self important threads they insist on making on the subject. I'd be quite happy if they all go die under a rock somewhere, and leave alone the small percentage of society that sings songs on Sunday mornings.
