Pancakes!

Pancake Day is coming up soon, so what's your favourite topping, and do you make your own?

We (the kids and I) just had pancakes. They like golden syrup so I usually just have that too, and simply for ease of use I used a shop bought mix that you add milk to and shake. I don't keep flour in the house as I wouldn't use it for anything else.

Ham and cheese as a savory, and lemon and sugar as a sweet. Never bought shop bought, they are one of the easiest things to make.
