It was called Cote d'Azur in GT4 too. I expect they just chose to call it that. Sounds flashy, and went with the other costal village circuits they had in GT4 (where did they go? I think GT4 had more tracks and GT5).

Seattle isn't there, no Apricot Hill and also no Midfield raceway, three tracks I liked a lot.Can't believe the Seattle track has gone....Was one of my faves
I still hope they will add them later on.
Cape Ring is quite good, but tracks like Rome, London, Madrid, Daytona, Indy just don't appeal to me.
Agreed. .They seem to be designed for gimpy little compacts and not the legendary stuff
Daytona? Pah, how boring! Just like High Speed Ring used to be I suppose.

Yeah, I miss this too. There was the constant challenge of seeing how fast you could make the Escudo go.
I really hope they add them back in. There were some great tracks, I cant imagine they have just been dropped

Enjoying this. Done this 1st 4 licenses, all be it not all gold. Only thing that bigs me in this game is (ps3) time it takes from one screen to another etc. loading, saving etc.
Spent a fortune upgrading some cars only to then realise they still had no hope at all of winning certain races. Oh well, all fun

Just finished the 1st (beginner I think) A-spec set of 9 different types of races. I got instead of a car, I got a ticket which said something like level 5 points,,,,,what can I use this ticket for please,?

The bit thats bugging me at the moment is the Grand Turismo Rally stages on the Special races, where at the start of each stage you have to sit and wait for all the other cars to set off - surely they could have made it skippable!?!?! 
Also on the rally stages - on the advanced tarmac and gravel rallies I've been hammering every stage but seem to lose 5-10 seconds between the last split time and the end of the stage - even if I'm driving perfectly!?!?! - Very annoying!

Anyone know or advice on how to best set up b-spec for "passing" the boring crap, for example the roadster 4 hr event, how can i set it so the car will auto pit when theres like no fuel left? im not watching this for 4 hours lol. Cheers.

You can also set it that when a drivers gets warn out to pit so you dont have a zombie bspec bob driving about.
