logitech support OMG they are the nuts

Was it within warranty?

Yeah it was within warranty, but my cat broke the key after felling a ornament on it so totally my fault, i did offer to pay for a new G1 key and shipping but they went the whole hog instead. so i now have 2 of them one with 25 keys and one with 24 lol . Might actually sell the old one as spares and repairs or mod it into a righty version.

Same thing happened to me 2 years ago. My MX Revolution dongle broke (my fault really), I asked Logitech for replacement and they sent me a bran new MX revolution (it was around £60 at that time) for free and didn't ask for the old mouse. So after few weeks I bought new dongle from ebay and since then got two MX Revolution :D Best support ever!

Ah okay. I was just curious since I've heard of people getting replacements out of warranty.

My Logitech laptop mouse's mouse-3 button has been difficult to press a while now. Where can I RMA it? Any websites or phone numbers?

I've had some good experiences as well. My Logitech G25 gearbox wasn't going into reverse properly. Emailed Logitech and they sent me a G27. Not a bad upgrade especially with the prices of the G27!

Yeah. Their trade in programme is pretty awesome too. Just promise to send any old piece of kit back to them (prepaid postage) and they will give you 20% off anything over £49.99 straight away.

I likey Logitech.

Would that work if I send in a non logitech mouse???

Oh darn, no it doesnt :(

The replaced my Harmony One as one of the buttons had a slight stick on it and my Mini Dinovo keyboard for the same reason, they've always been excellent like that all my mice and keyboards are Logitech, I really like the products.

After reading so much on here, pretty much I'll choose Logitech over most, simply because of their customer support. The only one currently bugging me is I reckon I'll need to replace my keyboard soon, and the black widow is sorely tempting for all the essays I write....

*waits for Logitech to bring out a mechanical keyboard*

Wow all these good stories about logitech, I need a new keyboard as my misses dropped coffee on my Razer Lycosa (some keys sticking) didn't even occur to me to contact their customer support. But i may get have to get a logitech just it case that happens again.

i havent purchased allot of peripherals over the years but most of them have been logitech, i wont get anything other than logitech now after hearing all these stories, the x axis of my g5 middle mouse button that moves web pages to the right no longer seems to work, wonder if they'll replace it, had it about 6 years!

I have, also no proof of receipt and missing s/n sticker on the back of g15.
I asked if they sold new key membranes as some of my keys weren't working, they said give us your address and we'll send you a new G15 keyboard .

Top notch and peripherals I will always looking at logitech first, or if i have two products which I like, the logitech wins.

They'll probably offer you a 50% off discount voucher for anything on their website.

Logitech really do know how to hold on to their customers, plus if anyone I knows asks about changing their mouse, kb, speakers etc I always tell them to check out logitechs range first simply because of their quality and customer service. And it's probably for this reason that logitech have such a high level of CS, they know existing customers will always or nearly always advise others to switch to logitech

Problem is, people will start abusing this and those in genuine need will miss out :(
I thought that and would be saddend by that..I felt bad keeping the old keyboard..perfectly fine except for one key!..I offered to send it back and everything but they said not to worry about it!...I took it into work so I could use it there...hate stuff like that jsut sitting to waste!
