Dextrose will start entering the bloodstream in about 15 mins, vitargo (aka barley starch) might enter about as fast (I never tested or looked it up) but seems a lot of money for something I doubt enters any faster. How fast it moves from the blood into cells depends on insulin response. In a healthy adult that should be fairly fast, and after in the blood it should be moved into cells in about 2 hours max.
The only claims I can find for WMS or vitargo being faster are sites selling it or people reposting that info.
Edit: Just to be clear if it works for you then great, but what I'm reading suggests it is no better than simple dextrose and in fact might not even be as good.
