£3.99 and you get an awful case for the 3DS that looks like it would barely hold a game cartridge nevermind the machine

Not really no, they blame Ubisoft for supplying the cart for review too late and give it more of a preview. Its all mighty suspicious quite how little is known about Splinter Cell all the time...

Wow. Doubt I'll buy the magazine then, I was really looking forward to reading all about what they thought of Splinter Cell.

It's virtually the only game I actually want from the launch line up, the others are okay, but I don't really crave them. Have Ubisoft been involved in stuff like this before? Far Cry 2?

Says in the ONM that they will have reviews of Splinter Cell and Rayman on the 24th! That's just too late man! Too late!

I still can't decide between Splinter Cell, Rayman (never played) and Pilotwings. I know i'll probably be disappointed in Pilotwings as I loved the SNES and N64 iterations but this seems a little light.

Hah! The day before launch. That doesn't bode well with me but I'm probably just going to end up buying Splinter Cell regardless now. It's not as if we are getting a huge amount of choice with the launch titles and even though there's the AR I do want a 3D game to be able to play and show to people, I was going to pick up Pokemon White as well but that depends how much it costs.
